Neurodiverse and Immigration autobiographical and fictional stories with a touch of philosophy (Trigger warning: themes of PTSD and mental health issues)
I played the role of Mytyl in Maeterlinck’s ‘Blue Bird’ at the YMCA in Thessaloniki back in 2005. Our Director was Achilleas Psaltopoulous, bless his soul.
I found the review I had written then for the play and Mr. Psaltopoulos had it printed in the play's programme. <3 And I thought to translate it:
I grew up watching movies all day in a film-loving family, so I was very surprised that I hadn’t even heard of this when a friend showed me ‘Harold and Maude’ back in 2004. And I’m even more surprised that I haven’t come across any reference of this film ever since. So, lets spread the word. :)
