Leah Lotous Michalopoulou lives in Kent UK. She was born in Thessaloniki in 1981. In 2014, she moved from Greece with her family to the UK. Lotous is currently studying at Kent University a masters in Film (with practice), and she is working on a short documentary that will be released in Summer 2026.
Lotous has a undergraduate degree from the Open University, BA (Honours) Arts and Humanities (Creative Writing and Philosophy). She has contributed articles to the Greek magazines Strange, Yoga World, and Zenith, and to the collective book Ghosts from the publisher Agnosto. She is the author of a self-help book on Amazon and three personal diary books with entries and short stories. She has also co-written, with Daniela Damianidou, the screenplay for the award-winning short film White Blood about bone marrow donation.
Lotous is working for Square Pegs Arts theatre company.
Lotous is autistic, with ADHD, Dyspraxia, Dyslexia, and fibromyalgia. She spoke in third person about herself until the age of four. When she is asked to write about herself, she still does that sometimes.

Η Λώτους Μιχαλοπούλου γεννήθηκε στη Θεσσαλονίκη, το 1981. Ζει με την οικογένειά της στην Αγγλία από
το 2014 και σπουδάζει στο ανοιχτό πανεπιστήμιο. Έχει γράψει στα περιοδικά Strange, Yoga world και Ζενίθ, και στο συλλογικό βιβλίο "Φαντάσματα", από της Εκδόσεις Άγνωστο. Σε
συνεργασία με την Ντανιέλα Δαμιανίδου, το σενάριο της ταινίας μικρού μήκους "Λευκό αίμα" (για τη δωρεά μυελού των οστών), ένα παιδικό παραμύθι (που θα είναι
σύντομα κοντά σας) και ένα βιβλίο αυτό-βοήθειας στο Amazon, που εκδόθηκε το Μάιο του 2020. Αυτήν την περίοδο, γράφει το πρώτο της μυθιστόρημα και συνεχίζει τις σπουδές της.
